What does the board do? The Classification board is like a filter between the producer and the audience, they make sure that the movie complies with the classification given. The classification given is judged by the amount of sexual content, nudity, violence and verbal content.
How important is the context in the decision making process?
Context is important in the decision making process because if there is a sexual nature or something along those lines it could be excepted because it is of a educational matter. For example if a film showed something like rape and the view on the killer was that you either felt sorry for him or were on his side the film would either have a high classification or wont be excepted at all but if the film showed rape and it was to show the killer as a bad person or was a true story it will be more likely to be excepted.
How is impact assessed?
Impact is the strength of the effect on the reader or viewer.
